Exchanges & Returns
If the product is faulty we will gladly exchange the product and mail out another to you. Provided all the above criteria are met, the value of the boots will be refunded less the cost of the initial postage and handling.
- In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty pair of boots, please contact us using the Return Authorisation Request form to explain the problem.
- You may then be asked to return the boots to us, and a full refund will be offered including the cost of your own return postage.
- We do not offer refunds however, when the boots have clearly been damaged through blatant misuse and refunds cannot be made any later than 2 months after date of purchase.
