Exchanges & Returns

We will gladly exchange our products due to faulty workmanship for up to two (2) months after purchase provided you contact us regarding the fault prior to their return, and they are received in their original unworn condition. After this time we cannot accept returns due to the wear-and-tear expected from regular use. Please also note transactions are not considered complete until your product has been submitted to Australia Post for mailing.

Please note that we do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind as to the product or colour you wanted, so please choose carefully.

  1. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product you have received please contact us immediately using the Return Authorisation Request form. We will ask you to describe the nature of the fault.
  2. We will ask you to return the faulty product to us by mail to:

  1. If the product is faulty we will gladly exchange the product and mail out another to you. Provided all the above criteria are met, the value of the boots will be refunded less the cost of the initial postage and handling.

Faulty Goods

  1. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty pair of boots, please contact us using the Return Authorisation Request form to explain the problem.
  2. You may then be asked to return the boots to us, and a full refund will be offered including the cost of your own return postage.
  3. We do not offer refunds however, when the boots have clearly been damaged through blatant misuse and refunds cannot be made any later than 2 months after date of purchase.
